To help, we've developed a consultative approach that combines insight from research to inform the design and development of branded, differentiated experiences with proven ROI results.
Qualitatively, we use a number of research techniques to gather data, such as user ethnographic studies (also known as contextual research), focus groups, competitive and comparative benchmarking, and heuristic, multi-dimensional site analysis. Quantitatively, we conduct comprehensive analytics of historical user traffic and clickstream behavior. In this way, we learn not only what users say they want and prefer, but what they actually do.
With that data, together with the information derived from technical analysis, and business objectives evaluation and prioritization, we're able to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform the future evolution of the experiences we deploy.
